    I’m eight months pregnant and been working out my whole life. Until now I did mostly weight training or High Intensity Interval Training but now my doctor recommended I slow it down a notch. I’m mostly doing various Yoga routines I find on Youtube and even if I don’t get the burn I usually get from my workouts it’s better than doing nothing.

    Thanks so much for sharing this video. I have been going stir crazy not being able to do my normal exercise, a bit of light Yoga could be exactly what I need!

    I’m 6 months pregnant and since my back is not that strong I have back pains from time to time. Will yoga exercises like this reduce my back pain or no? I am really worried beacuse I feel like I can’t be able to walk soon.
