Cellulite can be found on women of all shapes and sizes although it is more prominent on women that are overweight. Unfortunately, there really is no magic pill to get rid of cellulite. As a matter of fact, even with a strict diet and exercise, cellulite is the last of the fat cells to break down.

There are so many quick tricks out there that are supposed to help you get rid of cellulite. Cellulite is that stubborn fat that sits right under the skin typically around the buttocks, belly and thighs. It can be a bit unsightly and very hard to get rid of.

Of course a well balanced diet and exercise will eventually reduce cellulite. A couple of things that you can do right now to improve the appearance of cellulite and to help to whittle it away are listed below. Before you read the natural options please do not consider over the counter “miracle” creams as the answer. They are costly and rarely work.

One of the easiest things you can do right now naturally to improve your cellulite is to start eating clean unprocessed foods. Your body stores toxins in your fat cells to keep them from accumulating in other areas of your body. The less toxins you put in the smaller the fat cells will be.

Do a little detox before you start a diet that is healthier. Get rid of the old toxins and start with a clean slate. Remember there is no miracle cure except life style changes.

Hydrate:

Hydrate as much as you need to. When you are adequately hydrated your skin is plumper, healthier and can do a better job of what is lurking below. Drinking more water will help to flush the toxins more efficiently out of your body.

Coffee May Help:

Coffee can help but not the way you think! Don’t drink it. Take fresh coffee grounds and make a scrub out of it. You can mix it with some mineral oil or plain warm tap water and scrub the areas that you are having the problem with. The caffeine in the coffee may tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Stiff Brush and Massage:

Stimulating the skin that covers the cellulite can help to reduce the appearance. Using a stiff shower brush while showering or bathing can help to reduce the signs of cellulite. Massage also can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite as well.

    Thanks for the great advice! No matter how much science comes up with, natural methods for cellulite reduction are always the best. I’ve also used body wraps help as temporary cellulite solution too. I’ve never tried the coffee scrub though.

    Can I drink the coffee first? I have heard that coffee, even black coffee without sugar, can sidetrack a diet plan.
