Dr. Oz reveals 3 ways to help reduce the appearance of cellulite using all-natural methods.

    My cousin swears by skin brushing and seeing this summer, I can see why. She has the smoothest, softest, and cellulite free legs. I’m looking for a brush now so I can start doing it.

    I have used flax seed a lot in my fruit smoothies but I didn’t know how much to use so I was glad to hear that the lady from Shape Magazine recommended using 2 TBS of it in the morning. I had no idea there was such a thing as anti-cellulite clothing. That is a very interesting concept. I have heard about Gotu Kola before but have never tried it before. I have been having some some short term memory problems for the last couple weeks and it also helps with skin elasticity and cellulite. That is awesome! I will have to ask my doctor about trying it since I don’t want it to interfere with my other medications. I have never heard of the Horse Chestnut Extract before. I think that sounds wonderful that it helps with circulation as well as cellulite. No woman wants to have cellulite and most of us have at least some. This was some really useful advice.

      Recently my roommate brghout home some of your coffee that she acquired for free from a local restaurant here in Nashville Tn. Sumatra being one of the blends, and the other I cannot remember. It being free we used it up without paying much attention .however, once it was gone I realized how much I love it and need it in my life. I’m guessing it was a lighter blend I am the farthest from a coffee connoisseur, often preferring gas station coffee over Starbucks (or any boutique roasters) robust flavor blends. The restaurant it came from was PM. Are there certain blends that you send out regularly for promotion or do you change it up? I am not even sure how PM acquired the stash .by profile I’m thinking maybe it was Ethiopia Kaffa Forest. Also, I have not seen it anywhere here in Nashville so I am guessing there are no retailers for it here .yet

    Cellulite is something I am starting to suffer with around the top of my legs and bottom of my buttocks. I really don’t want it as I’m only in my mid 30s.
    I loved the tips from Dr Oz and will be implementing as many as I can!

    I just started eating flax seeds with my oat meal each morning. I had no idea it could help with my cellulite. I was eating it because a friend said it was good for me nutrient wise. I would suggest for anyone who has not used it before to start out with 1 tablespoon so that you can get used to it. I will have to look more into the clothing and the supplement but for now, I am happy that the flax seed is simple and easy.
