A short post about what drinking pure water with lime to prevent sugar absorption.

    Thanks! I’ve started drinking this in the morning and it’s making me feel better too. I’ve tried many things over the past few years in an attempt to control my weight. Now I think it’s time for me to start taking this very seriously. I’ve been 32 pounds overweight for too long and even when I try to get it down and it does down for a while, it seems to want to come back to that set point of (and I calculate) about 32 pounds more than I should be.

    But I’m trying.

    Lemon has always been one of my favorite foods. Drinking lemon juice in the morning will not only help you to feel better, but will also benefit your internal body. I will try to drink lemon water from morning if possible. Thanks for the video!

    This is really refreshing. I’ve started drinking this every day and it really changed the way I start my routine. It makes me feel so clean and pure inside…and also quenches the morning munchies! After drinking this, I always feel more inclined to eat clean rather than grab a bagel on the way to work or something. I guess the way you start your day can really make a difference!

    Hmm this sounds like a good way to start my day. I’m going to give it a try. I’ve already added a brisk walk about two months ago (make sure I do it in the morning after I drop off the kids at school otherwise I won’t get to it) Glad I found this it sounds like a good routine to add to my day.

    Lemon water is a great tool to have in your arsenal. It purifies the blood, reduces phlegm production, helps relieve gas and indigestion, and a whole host of other benefits. I really recommend it to anyone.

    I love this! I’ve been drinking this for the past week, stumbled upon it on the internet. It kills my morning cravings and also makes me feel more energetic. I’ve stopped craving carbs in the morning, which is a big win for me!

    And if it gets boring, you can always add with the lemon things like cucumber, strawberries, peaches, or any other fruit or veg that can flavour your water more. I saw some recipes online and they’re easy as pie!

    lemon water is great for kick starting the digestive system. It hydrates, cleans out any waste products, and prepares the digestive system for food.

    I had no idea of all the benefits this drink actually has! I only drink it in restaurants but have never tried at home. I for sure will give it a try after watching this video. I’m not so sure about the cayenne pepper though. I will have to give that one some thought.

    I have never really thought of having lemon water in the morning due to never really understanding the benefits. Thank you for the video. This has made it extremely apparent as to how well this can work. I will be buying some lemons today.

    This is one of those things I know about but never done properly. I really need to swap my morning “start me up” coffee for a glass of water and lime juice. I think I’d prefer the lime version over the lemon version.

    I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and always seem to have high blood sugar in the morning after breakfast. I will have to try drinking lemon/lime water first thing, maybe it will help!

    I like this video. I didn’t know Lemon in your water could do so much. I especially like the idea of the Lemon kick starting my digestive system. I have very sluggish digestive system.

    I am going to try doing this lemon water in the morning. It was interesting to see the person in the video talking about how it makes your skin smooth…she had amazing skin so you can see it works. I am curious about the cayennne pepper? She never mentioned how much to put in. Would anybody have this information for me please?
