One great exercise tо hеlр fight bасk fаt are bent-over rоwѕ. Stаnd with your feet hiр width араrt, аnd your bасk bеnt tоwаrdѕ thе grоund аt a 45-dеgrее аnglе. With a dumbbell (bеtwееn twо and five роundѕ iѕ good) in еасh hаnd, аltеrnаtе рulling each bеnt аrm up and back tо abdomen lеvеl. Hold for fivе ѕесоndѕ.

If you just try these exercises one time, don’t expect great results. You need to be doing these exercises as part of a routine, at least 3 times per week, if not 4 or 5 times.

You don’t get in great shape by just doing something once and then forgetting about it… and going back to eating processed foods and “healthy” carb snacks. You get in the best shape of your life by dedicating yourself to training your body (as part of a routine) week after week, month after month and – yes – year after year.

Now, I know that isn’t really what you wanted to hear. But, I’m here to tell you what you need to do so you can achieve the results that you want. I could tell you that you can just do what you want, eat what you want, and not exercise… and you’ll be fine. But sorry – that’s just not true.

What is true, however, if you commit yourself – right now – to training your back, legs, and upper body 3 times a week… you will be in killer shape before you know it.

    I have started to make plans to exercise but i’m kinda lazy and it’s not easy for me to find motivation. But i know if i just start then it will get a lot easier because i will already been into and will get into the habit every morning. I started to eat healthier already and cut out the pizza and chocolate i was eating every day. It’s a start anyway!

      I feel your pain, I cut out soda last week and I am craving it so bad! I have heard it only takes 21 days to beat a habit so that is my goal.

    So true! There is no secret formula for eliminating back fat. It’s a lot of hard work – eating right and exercise. What helps me stay on track is functional training. While I don’t mind doing rows and lat pulls in the gym, I’d much rather go to the rock gym and climb around for a couple hours. I find that more functional workouts keep me on track longer because they hold my interest.

    Is it bad if I do it 4-5 times a week? I guess I am trying my best to get fast results but of course with limitation unless my body can’t do the exercise.

    Bent over row is one of my favorites because I really feel the effect of it on my back. But of course, even with all the workouts, we need to make sure we’re eating right because all the hard work in exercising will not pay off if we don’t eat right. Proper food intake is 80% of how you can achieve that body rockin’ figure.

    There is no alternative to cardio exercises, when it comes to losing fat rapidly.

    Sure, you can try lifting weights to lose weight; but you also need to do cardio exercises to maximize your results. I agree with the article that exercises like swimming and kickboxing can also help you immensely.

    Reducing back fat has always been a problem for me ever since I was a teenager. I tried working out 4 times weekly, eating as healthy as I could afford to and I’m still not satisfied with how my back looks and feels. I have all this “mushy” area that I want to get rid of as soon as possible. The question is “how do I do it?”.
