4 Ways to Help Purify Your Body

The modern woman wears so many hats everyday that it is very easy for you to stop taking care of yourself. Here are 4 ways you can detox your system to get it back in order and feeling normal again:

Introduce vitamin C into you diet everyday:
The best way to do this is to drink a full glass of orange juice everyday. If you don’t have the time or don’t like the taste, take a vitamin C supplement. Vitamin C helps the body to produce glutathione which is a great liver compound that gets rid of toxin in your symptom.

Drink at least two quarts of water a day:
This is extremely important in keeping your system as clean as possible. Drinking things like juices, sodas and energy drinks clogs the body with all sorts of unnecessary additives. Drinking two quarts of water a day is a great way to stay hydrated and maintain an unclouded system. If you want to kick your purification up a level, add some pure lemon juice to your water. The lemon helps to improve the process of digestion, further assists the liver to detoxify your intestines and it helps reduce bloating.

Eat your leafy greens:
Greens like Kale, spinach, celery, and choy are great for detoxing your body. The greens alkaline your body so that it can get rid of bad bacteria, yeast and keep unhealthy cravings at bay. They even give you more energy by increasing chlorella in to your system which cleanses and increases the oxygen in your blood. It’s an important step in improving your cellular health.

Walk at least 30 minutes a day:
Part of keeping your body pure and healthy is keeping your body relatively fit. Just 30 minutes of evenly paced walking a day can get more oxygen flowing through your blood, quicken your heart rate and give you more energy for the next 24 hours. This is just a basic exercise routine. If you want to increase you workout a little bit, walk with light weights.

    Great idea for purify your body. I tried two ways from this article. I started to drink plenty of water in a day and also started to take vitamin C from oranges or any other juice. And I can see the difference, now I have more energy for whole day.

    I have already started taking a vitamin C supplement, a dissoluble one, so I already get extra water at the same time. I had to as I am on iron therapy.
    I think nearly all of us let our water intake drop more than we should.My skin starts paying for this and that is a tell tale sign I need to clean my diet up.

    I have to start walking again. I felt so much better when I did. I do agree with the vitamin C. I started taking it daily a few weeks ago. I feel better, like it is detoxing things out of me. Very great post. I think all women need to learn about detoxing with all these chemicals we are surrounded by.
