    I tried all of these swaps in one week and by the weekend I just overdid it on junk food. I think I’ll need to try what you suggested Kirsty – slowly does it!

    Any advice on simple diet swaps that are actually filling. I’ve swapped popcorn for chips, but I tend to eat the entire bag in one sitting, because it’s so handy and I don’t get full from it as quickly as I do from chips and cookies.

    A problem I always have with dieting is missing out on some of my favorite foods. It is good to see some substitutes for some food that I really enjoy. I will have to search the web deeper to find a substitute for other foods I enjoy. Thanks for the video share, it was extremely useful.

      So much easier said than done! Of course, it’s easier to just take it slow and much easier if your family cooperates as well. I can imagine how hard it could be replacing junk food with fruits and other healthy snacks when a family member is scarfing down cookies right in front of you.

    Alternatives to things we love is great. You could take your entire unhealthy diet and just replace every item with a healthy alternative and it would be like nothing changed!
